Terms of Service

These terms apply to air conditioning servicing, maintenance, repairs and care plans provided by ArcticNord. By booking with us you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Quotes & pricing
- Standard prices are shown on our servicing page. Single-split service is £99 + VAT (£118.80 inc. VAT); multi-split is £149 + VAT (£178.80 inc. VAT) covering up to 2 indoor units, with each additional indoor unit £50 + VAT (£60 inc. VAT).
- VAT is charged at the standard 20% rate. All "+ VAT" prices have VAT added on top.
- Quoted prices assume standard domestic equipment with safe, reasonable access. Where additional work, parts, access equipment or refrigerant are needed, we will confirm any extra cost with you before proceeding.
- Commercial, VRV/VRF, refrigeration and chiller systems are quoted individually.
2. Bookings, access & cancellations
- You agree to provide safe access to the equipment at the agreed time, and to make us aware of any known faults or hazards.
- Please give us at least [24–48 hours] notice to change or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less notice may incur a charge.
3. Payment
Payment is due [on completion / within 14 days] of the work unless otherwise agreed. Care-plan payments are collected monthly or annually as set out in your plan.
4. Care plans
- Care plans are 12-month agreements paid monthly or annually.
- Plan benefits (number of visits, priority response, repair discounts) are as described on our servicing page for your chosen plan.
- Multi-split and commercial plan pricing is confirmed based on the number and type of units before the plan starts.

5. Workmanship & warranty
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill using F-Gas registered engineers. Any guarantee on repairs or parts will be confirmed in writing. Manufacturer warranties on your equipment remain subject to the manufacturer's own terms, which may require regular servicing to stay valid.
6. Liability
We maintain appropriate insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to [the value of the work / your insured limit].
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
